In Response to COVID-19
To our valued customers and supporters,
At In-Store Experience, the safety and well-being of our employees and customers is, and has always been, our number one priority! In light of the continuing spread of the Coronavirus, I wanted to reach out to you to offer our support and tell you about some measures we are taking.
Fortunately, we operate our business on a robust propriety Enterprise Resource Planning platform, which allows all of our sales, administrative, design, engineering and production teams to continue to communicate and collaborate fairly seamlessly working remotely. Therefore, as a cautionary response, we have instituted a work-from-home policy for the next two weeks until we know more. We will continue to be available to you, and currently there are no delays on any projects.
Our manufacturing facilities continue to operate at full or close to capacity. I am not certain as to how long we can sustain at this rate, but we will take it one day at a time and we will inform you of any changes as things unfold.
Lastly, this is something most of us have never dealt with and as you can see this situation is very fluid. Please feel free to call us at anytime.
