They can easily spend $100,000 for an outdoor kitchen. With a median home price of $3.2million, the team at PC Richard knew they needed a flawless execution of truly premiere designs and aesthetics. Southampton is known for extravagant parties and unparalleled hospitality, so the customers coming into the showroom needed to quickly see and understand how PC Richard is the partner to help create their perfect weekend oasis.

While the original showroom carried all of the top brands the Hamptons shopper might expect, the presentation was basic and straightforward. With the new design from In-Store Experience, luxurious materials surround the product displays, showing these demanding customers exactly how elegant these appliances can be, and how to group them to create the perfect place for entertaining. Even day-to-day items like washing machines are showcased in a way that helps the customer see the value and prestige from having an award-winning laundry area.

The Showroom begins with a welcome desk where customers are greeted and matched with a sales associate to assist in their design. Coffee service and comfortable seating throughout ensures the customer feels unrushed as they make their buying decisions. Kitchen appliances are shown surrounded by the latest and most elegant counter materials and cabinet designs, all to inspire and guide the customer’s decision. Lastly, all aspects of delivery and installation are handled by the award-winning PC Richard team, leaving the customer to simply enjoy and show off their new home project.

Aside from the significant visual overhaul accomplished by the makeover, PC Richard reports a dramatic increase in foot traffic and longer and more profitable sessions with their customers.
